I had a charge in the amount of 951.00 appear on my bank statement. I have no idea what this is! It's fraudulent and bogus and certainly not authorized!

It's a company property managers use to process rent payments.

Hi! I see multiple charges on from YSI*Property Payment on my credit card. I know I can dispute with my credit card company but I want to call them and tell them to stop charging my credit card. However, I cannot find a # for them. Does anyone have a # for them? if so, please share. Thanks!

I just had a charge of $3920 on my credit card. Have no idea who YSI Rent is nor how they got my credit card info. Had to call my bank to dispute charge and cancel my card. Does anyone know how to get a hold of this company? Thank you.

I had a charge for $348.00 on my debit card from YSI Property with a bogus phone number. I have reported it to my bank and canceled the card.

Ysi is a 'service fee' from a third party company that rental properties will use to enable the tenant to pay their bill online. Don't use it. It's legalized robbery. The property management company supposedly doesn't get a cut, but as much as the third party charges, the only reason any rents agency would be dumb enough to use them, would be if they were getting a slice of the pie. To give you a reference, we pay rent of 1700 a month, and the 'service fee' for paying online is 55 dollars

YSI Texas tried to charge my Visa 300.00 . They are a fraudulent Company. Watch out for these MF. I can’t wait for them to get busted by the FBI. FBI knows of this group .

Guys, I saw this charge on my credit card and searched online for an answer. I went back through my emails and realized this charge was for the application fee and administration fee from applying for an apartment. I had just forgotten about it.

Because I'm paranoid, I never use my debit card online. So, I keep my debit card locked when I'm at home and unlock it if I go to the ATM and then lock it again when I return home. I got a notice from my bank saying that a transaction from "YSI*MIMG CXIII WOODHOL 3036077914 US" couldn't go through because my card was locked. I don't know who these people are, but judging from the comments, they need to be stopped. My paranoia paid off. I dodged another bullet!

This just happened to me also, YSI Comet Spartanburg. I can't find the number though. I click through to the website and it gives ms a water company, not a realtor.

(877) 565-4669 is the number I found. The actual website states that they are BBB accredited. Hudson Homes Management does not advertise on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace and will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device. (Found on their site)

Avoid Rental Scams. I have not tried the number provided on the website I found for them. Hope the information I found on there website helps.
