There is a fraudulent charge on my credit card.i was away in a small country town when this charge occured where i was no place to use a credit card

I live In British Columbia. There Have been Two Charges to my Mastercard from Uber NLD. I have never been To the Netherlands Or had an UBER account.

My husband and I recently took a trip to the British Virgin Islands. Uber was supposed to pick us up here in the USA to start our trip at 4 AM June 2. They confirmed multiple times they would be here on time, only to tell us at 4 am they could not find a driver. We had to drive and leave a car at the airport. Now we get back from our trip, and get a credit card statement with 8 charges for Uber rides we never took in BVI. What the heck is going on?
