Charge from JTI*TWITCHTV SUB SRVCS 888-8003173 for $4.99 Was the 3rd in a series of account emptying fraudulent charges posted to our debit card. It seems the crooks use smaller charges to test the account before coming in with a larger charge. Impossible to reach this company or even find out who is behind it. Other fraudulent charges were by WPCHRG.COM, FACEBK www.fb.me/cc, Fleurop-Interflora EBC SE (foreign to US complete with foreign transaction fee), and FRY'S.COM.

This is still going on; my bank account was debited 10 times in a row by this company. I have canceled my card and reported the fraud.

All of the comments about this website/service are correct. I had identify theft and there were charges of $4.99. You can't get in touch with them because the line is always busy. My cards were cancelled and the bank and police are investigating.

Same problem for me. My credit card was declined while I was trying to make a purchase. I called my credit card and discovered that they had frozen my account due to 30 internet transactions occurring in less than 10 minutes. Yes, it was for JTI* TWITCHTV sub, multiple times plus a few others. Over $1,000 in fraudulent charges. Twitch Tv needs to amp up their security, BIG TIME!

Someone is charging my bank card 7.00 dollars like 6 times I never even been on this app before let alone put my information in this system . I need to get in contact with someone who can help me . My account has been over drafted $40.98 .

I believe this charge comes from the stream service call twitch. It is a legit company who streams video games. I do use their service and that exact name showed on my statement. if you go on their help desk you could be able to see that statement name referred. dont forget twitch services can be bought in xbox and consoles so super easy to get charges without realizing you are really paying for it.

This is the 3rd time Twitchtvsub services has made $22.46 withdrawals from my banking account. They withdrew a $1 first, then credited it back. Not sure why my bank didn’t block them the last time I cancelled my card. I’ve recently made purchases online through Amazon and Walmart. Continuing to be mindful of my account daily.

My credit card was charged $3.99 from JTI*TwitchTV sub services called my bank they said they stopped several charges on my account but this charge showed up. They are now investigating. I have never heard of them Obviously this is a scam company. I see people on here from 2010 reporting this scam company they should be shut down!

same thing happened to me. The thing is, my bank charged me fee for this as well due to the fact that i am in England n my bank had to change the currency from £ to $. I do have a pay pal account and recently bought things from Ebay. Also i have been going on facebook and watching either video clips or pictures on different pages. So one of them gave my entire info away. My bank waved charges n i got my money back btw.

My debit card info was stolen and used twice within a few hours time...I really believe you should upgrade your security if you want people other than thieves to use your site...

I've never dealt with nor heard of twitchtv until I saw a charge to my debit card in the amount of $4.99. I was alerted by fraud protection that several transactions were made to my debit card; without my knowledge or consent. Apparently these transactions were all done within the same day. The devil never sleeps it seems. I'm spending time calling up all these companies to let them know I'm disputing all the fraudulent charges. This is time I should be spent working at my job; a job that I depend on to help me survive. The fact that I'm being targeted is laughable. I'm literally a working stiff; living paycheck to paycheck. I tried calling the 888 # to advise I will be disputing the $4.99 charge. but all I get is a busy signal. LOSERS!!!!

JTI Twitch (and other Twitch names) also got me to the tune of nearly $1000- lots of charges from several different "Twitch" names- one is "JTI* TwitchTV SU", another is "Twitch Help", another is "Twitch interact"- My bank failed to catch the myriad of daily charges for $4.99, $5.66 and $28.31 - they are going to reimburse me though- but this is the third time my account was hacked- 2 different cards- same bank- One time some fraudster charged like 0.02 cents- and the bank immediately shut down my car, as they were used OT seeing that particular scam i guess- but this twitch one they didn't catch for some reason despite really suspicious looking charges- as many as 15 in one day, all for $4.99- one right after the other- it looks like this twitch scam has been out for awhile too- I only use my card at 2 online stores- for all other purchases i use gift cards to mitigate being hacked-

One person said it was from their PayPal account so everyone would be smart to either cancel their PayPal account or at the very least change the password. I did go to twitch tv because they stream live video games there, but I'm not a rookie computer user and I don't click on stuff I'm not supposed to. I think it would be good for everybody to post the sites they went to so we can narrow down where this is coming from. I also have a pay pal account and am changing the password immediately.

I tracked the $4.99 charge down to my kid using his "emergency" credit card on twitch.tv in December. It actually is a monthly subscription but he used it one month and cancelled it. Unless your card has been stolen, I'd check with anyone else who has privileges on the account. It's a lot of hassle report it, cancel that card, get a new account and notify every company who regularly receives payment from it. I went thru all of that with truly fraudulent charges last year which AmEx caught instantly and suspended then closed the account after speaking to me. Still finding annual payments which need to be updated.

My card number (had the card on me) was stolen and among the fraudulent charges was a charge for JTI TWITHCHTV for $4.99. Judging from the other notices posted here, there is a correlation to charges to this entity and fraudulent activity. If it looks like a duck . . .

This company continues to charge my account, even after I've cancelled my cards and received a new one. Every 5 to 14 days I receive another charge of 4.99 or 8.99. No one answers the phone. Only suggests emailing, but I don't want to email a fraudulent company. I've never used this company's services. Kara's posting above is clearly someone from the company attempting to cover tracks. This is not a legit company. If it does have any legitimate business, it is solely to act as a front to fraud.

Had a charge go through my Paypal account (which they are reversing) the others the bank fraud department are investigating. Charges arranged from $1.10 (Facebook-Virtual) up to $700.00. We were charged 4.99 and 9.99 on January 24 and 25.35 on January 11. We do not want anything to do with Twitch. Reverse these charges and black any more charges to any cards with the names Steven Yoder or Stacy Yoder. We have reported this fraud to the Costco credit card company. If a minor, Donovan or Donny or Don Yoder tries to access your site, you are to prevent him from doing so. Ban him. thank you for your help. I expect to see no more charges from your company. I had JUST gotten paid, had $99 in checking Then this person spent $21.40 which is unusual to others saying they started small, I’m assuming they wanted to see If I even had that much money to steal, if I didn’t it would’ve been declined, I hadn’t had ANY money in the bank before my check came in. But then ten minutes later they make another payment for $7.51, again five minutes later, and then again five minutes later. My bank account noticed it and froze my card and alerted me, I called them and now I gatta get a new card AGAIN, this happened before but not with twitch, If this has been going on since 2014 then I feel like they should be caught by now, they seem like they’re getting cockier with the charges, not to mention not caring if they’re targeting people who aren’t even making much money to begin with.

I received an email from my bank chase and also checked my bank account which according to it someone by the name Toni gomez on PayPal used my credit card to take out 75$.

I had a charge appear on my checking account to this JIT TWITCH TV SUB SRVCS for $4.99 on August 6th. Somehow, I was issued a credit from the same entity on August 12th. I'm not sure what this is, but cancelled my debit card and had my bank issue me a new one. There was also a charge from some website called PEOPLESMART.COM for $19.95; Someone had used my debit card information to create an account and subscribe to this website which is used to unearth public records on individuals (i.e. your phone number, your current and previous addresses, criminal background information, property you own, etc.)

All of the sudden several bogus charges showed as "Pending" on my credit card online statement: charges fir $4.99 x 3 to Jit*Twitchtv SUB SVCS; and a pending charge in excess of $460.00 to ClickPool GMBH, an adult sex shop in Berlin, GE. The credit card company immediately suspended those charges and cancel the credit card at my request. It pays to check your credit card activity on a daily basis. Also, I began receiving phone calls today from numbers in CT, and FL that I did not recognize...I therefore blocked these calls from my phone. Be cautious.
