On 4/26/22 I first was charged $23.95 with withdrawal from my checking account. This happened when I was looking up information on a house. I was fine with that charge, but it has been recurring every month since them. Last month I told them via email to stop charging me. I just found another withdrawal from my account (7/25/22). How do I get this to stop. I can change my account, but that is a big hassle. I simply want the withdrawals to stop immediately.

I never subscibed to or athorized a monthly deduction from my Credit card for this service. The information that your company provided me on my home was inaccurate (year built, sq footage, etc). When I questioned this, I got no explanation. I want refunded the monthly charge for Dec, Jan and Feb. total of $56.95.

My card issuer flagged it as suspicious and sure enough, upon investigation, this was an unauthorized, fraudulent charge.

Hi! I am sorry to hear about your issue with Property Data USA. I highly suggest contacting their support [at] propertydatausa [dot] com. They refund your charges if you tell them it is incorrectly charged or needs to stop.
