Property detail USA.com Fraud

I was traveling when the first charge $28.65 showed up last 8/23. It says account opened in my husband's name and email. I do know my husband's chromebook became infected, total red immovable screen and had to be taken for repair. They said he clicked on a link in email. The monthly charge always has "propertydetailsusa.com" but then everytime on that credit card entry it lists a different town. I was passed from live chat to email, back to live chat.
